Hello! My name is Ashley Clopton and currently looking to see you soon for an interview. I have over fifteen plus years in customer service due to fast food, retail and office . I have a CDL license for 11 years. My joy is my family and children.
I started working in fast food ( Burger King and Wendys)in 2001and stopped 2004.There is where I first learned about customer service, cash register, and having things done in a timely manner. Next started working started in retail (Walmart) 2004 stopped in 2013. I learned a different level of customer service.
How to complete tasks, process claims, ship out packages, answer phones, reset modules, process inventory, operate register, price changing and check out are some what i also learned there. Then I started working security (Allied Allarms)2014 and stopped 2015 as office manager. I learned quick books, sent invoices set up new accounts, collected money from clients, collections, filed, copied, and answered phones.
Finally i started working transportation ( First Student) in 2015 and stopped 2016. There i was trained to be a bus aid, and drive a school bus. I received my CDL at this time. 2016 - now domestic housewife.
My most recent education is some college from Delgado Community College 2003
