Performs and Trains other technicians on Core methods of Nutritional testing for dairy and feed products including: Fat Extraction (Mojonnier Fat and Acid Hydrolysis), Kjeldahl Preparation to isolate Protein, Non-Protein Nitrogen, and Non-Casein Nitrogen content, Moisture/Total Solids content (Forced Air Oven, Vacuum Oven, and other client-specified methods), Ash Residue content Performs and Trains other technicians on 'Tail tests' to provide values for content including but not limited to: pH, Salt and Chloride, Titratable Acidity, Solubility Index, Scorched Particles Assists/Leads Kaizen Events (Improvement Meetings) to improve processes within the lab and other areas (Sample Registration, Safety, Quality Assurance)
