My name is Ashley, and I am a 26-year-old first-time mom who is eager to return to the workforce with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
I graduated from Gadsden State Community College with an Associate of Science degree in Court Reporting. After graduating, I worked as a CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) provider for hearing-impaired students for nearly three years. That experience taught me the importance of accuracy, patience, professionalism, and clear communication while helping students succeed.
Wanting to continue growing professionally, I accepted a position as a Loan Specialist. Through hard work and dedication, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. In that role, I developed strong customer service, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills while building meaningful relationships with customers and helping them through important financial decisions.
More recently, I stepped away from my career to become a first-time mom to my wonderful baby boy. Becoming a mother has strengthened my time management, adaptability, patience, and determination in ways I never imagined. It has given me an even greater appreciation for hard work and the importance of making a positive impact every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to music, watching movies, taking scenic car rides, and visiting drive-in theaters. My Christian faith is also an important part of my life and guides the way I treat others—with kindness, honesty, respect, and compassion.
I am excited for the opportunity to bring my diverse work experience, dedication, and enthusiasm to your organization. Thank you for taking the time to consider my application. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how my background and skills would make me a valuable addition to your team.
Sincerely,
Assistant Branch Manager at Regional Finance (2024-05 – 2025-11)
I specialize in helping customers get in a better financial situation overall. By paying off some credit cards, loans or even possibly a vehicle payment. Whether that's putting them in a smaller loan with us or in a larger loan preferably with an auto to relieve some more debt and get them some extra cash.
Debt Collector/Customer Service at Medical Data Systems (2024-01 – 2024-03)
I would come in and call 400-500 people a day, to get them to pay their medical bills that were now sent to collections. E would have two scripts, one for voicemails to leave if no answer and the second for getting them to make a payment. We would collect balances in fulls, settlements in fulls, payments in two for the month we called or set up a payment plan for a later day.
I loved that job tremendously, had two major life events happen that resulted in me missing a good a mount of days but I always called to let them know I wouldn't be in and always had a doctors note or funeral home note.
