The crux of my teaching philosophy is building strong and unbreakable relationships with my students. Achievement is great, but it is important to grow bonds with students and empower them to be the best they can be. Today they are in the classroom learning, and tomorrow they are changing the world.
This is done by seeing their potential in seed form, and encouraging them to be their best self while modeling that for them. Having high and age appropriate expectations and standards are what propel my students to reach for the stars and not settle for less in their learning and in their lives.
