- Delegating my co-workers to their designated roles for the shift.

- Also how to separate between friend, mother, fiance and be boss. How to have those different conversations and even more difficult conversations.

Process Assistant at FTW1 Amazon Fulfillment Center (2018-10 – 2021-11)
- Oversee a entire area and delegate 15- 25 co-workers.
- Running EOL(End Of Line) where the associates have to palletize the freight to wood pallets or blue pallets.
- Running SFL( South Fluid Load) using my tools to find out what location is causing recirculating of freight and finding a solution to make the freight slow down or divert to another dock door.
- Having a team that's dedicated to giving a 110 percent just because they see you work hard right beside them.
- Having five PG's(Process Guides) which are individuals you hand pick that you see have the potential to be Process Assistants.
- Became a Learning Ambassador at three months while still classified as a temporary employee. Training all new employees each area of outbound. The process and the safe proper way how to succeed in each area of outbound.
- At six months I became a problem solver solving. Scanning barcodes, looking up Asin's, looking up the product to find the correct information.
- At nine months became a process guide. In training to become a process assistant.
- At one year became a Process Assistant. Overseeing a whole area in the outbound department that resulted in the flow of getting all the merchandise out of the fulfillment center.
