RN uses company protocol to escalate cases as needed to Provider, Urgent Care, or ER. User of tiger connect, teams, NextGEN EMR, sharepoint, and ask a nurse systems. Also responsible for managing remote patient monitoring alerts daily via Validic for Chronic Care Conditions including HTN and Daily Weight management.
