Blossoming from a diverse professional background including marketing, design, sales, and customer relations I found myself: a creative extrovert in the midst of a work-from-home era. And just like that, my long time passion for baking became a full blown creative venture. I began by obtaining my food handlers permit and cottage food production license and began marketing my brand online.
Along the way I have learned many skills both in and out of the kitchen. I have built a small portfolio of the work I’ve done to highlight those skills. I believe that working and learning alongside more accomplished bakers would be an environment in which I could thrive.
My personal area of expertise is cake, paired with beautiful confectionery-filled desert tables to match. I have worked with a large demographic and have tailored many orders to suit individual design preferences, allergens and intolerance, and unique flavor profiles.
