I have been in a customer service role for over five years.

I am a quick learner and a hard worker. I enjoy helping my teammates through coaching and helping them locate answers to their questions.

I have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, and am passionate about helping customers in any way I can.

I currently work at FIS and started in April of last year. Since I’ve started, I have earned two promotions and moved into more complex roles.

I have a high school degree and have attended some college.
