Hello! I am a recent graduate from Virginia Tech with a degree in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science and a concentration in Exercise and Health Science. I currently have my Certified Exercise Physiologist License through the American College of Sports Medicine and work as an EP at a local healthcare association. I am also BLS certified. I love working hands on with patients and truly feeling like I am helping to improve their quality of life!
