Awrey Noel

Incoming Freshman at UT in Austin. I have spent most of my High school career working towards becoming an Aerospace engineer and plan to continue at UT. I have 4 years of experience with modeling tools such as Solid Works and Fusion. and have completed calc 1 and 2 while in High school. I also have spent 3 years learning under a master carpenter, and worked as an aircraft technician for 2 years.

I have had the opportunity to gain experience in many different fields. Working in jobs that range from landscaping for 3 summers, Aircraft technicians work for Two companies: South West Aerospace Technologies and Jet One Eight, I have spent three years learning under a master carpenter, and currently work as a bartender at a concert venue called The Haute Spot.

I have completed calculus course work, physics, and have spent all of High School learning and using modeling softwares such as Solid Works and Fusion 360. At GHS I had the chance to complete the entirety of the Aerospace engineering pathway, where I learned the basics of design and competed in rockets competitions, built drones while getting my commercial license, and built a fully working RV-12 airplane. I have now graduated from High school and plan on attending UT in the fall.
