Flight Dynamics Team Member - Yellow Jacket Space Program (YJSP)

- Specified nose cone sizing requirement using an integrated system of RASaero and Simulink to calculate stability coefficients
- Integrated the unified 6 DOF equations within Simulink to expedite the simulation and integration workspace
- Provided the proof of concepts of the implementation of rollerons for the fins of the full-scale model reduce 'fluttering'
Simulation Team Member - Georgia Tech Experimental Rocketry (GTXR)

- Simulated nose cone design to optimize a lowered differential mass
- Optimized fin design through simulating using a 6 DOF design model
- Used dispersion analysis to predict the recovery location of the rocket at the end of the flight
- Helped to create sample test fins by forming layers of discrete carbon fiber sheets and compositing it using a curing oven
Simulation Team Lead - Formula SAE

- Created appropriate interfaces within Simcenter Amesim to simulate the forces applied on the race car during specific turns
- Revitalized the suspension system through simulation to provide data on the toe, camber, and caster values of the race car
- Analyzed the data gained through simulation to make changes to the design of the wheelbase
- Designed a new variation of suspension system with lower clearance within Siemens for the 2020 and 2021 build
- Machined and designed the wheel, steering hubs using ANSYS to explore FED options and compatibility
- Provided support in initial engine testing and ensured the completion of mandatory protocols needed for basic safety guidelines
