• Manage the Spark of Hudson's social media project by promoting upcoming workshops through engaging videos.
• Create, edit, and appear in marketing videos to boost engagement and attract participation.
• Assist members and visitors with check-ins, and give guided tours of the building if needed.
• Tend to opening and closing procedures to ensure a clean and secure environment.
• Provided front-of-house customer service/busser and runner support for Circles cafe.
