Graduate Student of Bioinformatics at Northeastern University
I am a Master’s student in Bioinformatics with a strong background in CRISPR off-target analysis, single-cell RNA-seq, and machine learning applications in genomics. My work includes building scalable bioinformatics workflows using tools like Python, R, AWS, Nextflow, and Docker to drive impactful research in therapeutic development.
I’ve developed intuitive tools such as RShiny apps and optimized NGS analysis pipelines for CRISPR Data. With hands-on experience in HPC and cloud-based environments, I have contributed to uncovering insights into gene editing, cellular heterogeneity, and therapeutic targets.
My work bridges the gap between biology and technology, applying cutting-edge techniques to advance research and innovation. From designing robust pipelines for high-throughput biological datasets to building scalable data frameworks in biotech startups, I have developed a versatile skill set. Whether working with single-cell data to uncover cellular behavior or engineering tools to enhance data accessibility, my focus is always on delivering impactful solutions.
