My goal in any position is to make a connection with the person I am working with, whether it's a customer, a peer, or with a team member reporting to me as their leader. In my personal life, I really appreciate it when I receive fantastic customer service, and I am committed to doing the same for the people I interact with in my job. I am reliable, great at multitasking, and I think creatively about how I can explain concepts to the person I am helping.

I've held a variety of customer service roles over the years and all of them formed the empathetic, positive, and knowledgeable person I am today. I am excited to find a role where I can make an impact at the company I work for and represent them well each day.
