Beate Ackroyd

My work experience spans the range from being a concierge at a JW Marriott to working at a premier equine emergency and surgery center. The cohesive elements in all my work experiences are stellar customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and cultivating an environment of teamwork.

I have worked in hospitality for over two decades. The work has included being a concierge for a JW Marriott, a community relations manager for a restaurant, a banquet server, and a barista at a ski resort. I have also worked at an equine hospital as part of the front office staff and in equine rehabilitation, utilizing and maintaining equipment such as an underwater treadmill, a cold saltwater spa, and red light umbrellas.
