I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) dedicated to trauma-informed, client-centered care for individuals navigating PTSD, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. I currently work in a DMH-licensed mental health recovery center (MHRC) serving veterans from diverse backgrounds with complex psychiatric and medical needs.
My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, collaborative treatment planning, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. I specialize in working with high-acuity cases—including psychosis and PNES—within interdisciplinary teams that include 24-hour nursing, case managers, and residential staff.
I’m passionate about creating therapeutic spaces that foster safety, dignity, and long-term recovery. Whether in individual sessions or group therapy, I aim to meet clients where they are and support meaningful change.
