The reasons I feel that I would be the best candidate for the available worship pastor position include:
- By God’s grace I have a close relationship with Jesus. I live this out by the Holy Spirit guiding me in my daily life.
- I have a manifested ability to create an environment of worship with music, clear and highly skilled singing, and a creative and contemplative knowledge of stage and presence setting.
- I have the desire to see everyone through God’s eyes, with compassion and understanding. I care about being a light in darkness, being a servant to people, and being a consistent message of the gospel to the community.
- I have an extremely good work ethic, with vision past obstacles, controversy, and discouragement, grasping the big picture of worshiping, winning souls, discipleship, and building the Kingdom of Heaven.
