Experience as a real estate agent and construction manger, I specialize in real estate but use my skill sets in a wide range of industries. Coming from a SaaS POS 3rd generation business, I have learned what it takes for a SaaS business to succeed in today's market. Through digital marketing and my marketing degree, I have used the web to locate business and clients through digital marketing campaigns for an SaaS business and as a realtor.
Areas that I am passionate about are UX/UI design, social media marketing, fitness, CRM databases, and negotiation for sales.
As a construction manager and real estate agent, I was negotiating contracts with clients and trades to ensure the budget was kept on current projects. QA walks daily and updating scoped of works was a big part of the construction job while on the sales side I succeeded to sell multiple homes for builders and under Berkshire Hathaway.
As a Business Major, I had a concentration in marketing. With this education I expanded it by gaining first hand knowledge marketing a SaaS POS business and myself as a realtor. Web development with search optimization and CPC became a big part in something I did on a daily basis while learning in depth about digital marketing and how CRMs can be optimized for marketing a business.
