My career paths have been in the High-Tech Industry for Semi-conductor, circuit boards for 22 years. And now I have been in the Health Care industry for 13 years, since 2012. I am in a position now, actively looking for other opportunities in other professions. Therefore, I am currently pursuing an alternative career move.
I am creative, innovative individual committed to delivering customer service excellence. I can demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly in any type of work environment, apply my critical problem-solving, troubleshooting skill techniques; to identify potential product, customer gaps. I am a well-organized, self-directed, team-oriented individual that is constantly eager to achieve success delivering high-quality, responsive outcomes.
Since 1989, I have 22+ years' experience in the Circuit Board, Semi-conductor technology fields. In 2012, I started my 13 years in Health Care. I have collectively learned customer service skills, software products such as specific business software's to Microsoft products for both professions. in order to achieve my job scope and responsibilities.
