Access and manage areas to see if it is safe for employees to work in. Daily inspections. Housekeeping. Risk assessments. Inspect compound to see if everything is in place. First aider. Seeing that everyone complies by wearing their full ppe on site and also in the areas that they are working in and also to see that they are working safely and complying to all safety protocols and regulations.
Make sure everyone clocks in and signs the register. Daily reports done and signed off by the client. Time keeping. Housekeeping. Book keeping of reciepts of all purchases. Ordering of stock
