My name is Adam Pace. I hold a degree in Culinary Arts and have built a strong career in the hospitality industry, working my way from line cook to executive chef. Throughout these years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of leadership, operations, and creating exceptional guest experiences. In addition to my culinary background, I bring experience in sales, including both automotive and logistics. This blend of service-driven expertise and sales acumen allows me to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

I have several years of experience across multiple industries, including automotive sales, logistics sales, and kitchen equipment sales. My background also includes Department of Defense logistics work, where I gained strong operational, coordination, and compliance skills. In addition to my sales and logistics expertise, I bring extensive hospitality experience, having worked my way up to the role of Executive Chef. This diverse skill set gives me a strong foundation in leadership, problem-solving, communication, and operational efficiency.

Currently a senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with an expected graduation date of June 2026. I also hold an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, providing a strong foundation in discipline, creativity, and hands-on professional training.
