- Purchase and Inventory Management for vessels (Critical spares required on board, Monthly consumptions plans, Quarterly inventory Audits, Requisition's, Technical inputs for spares.)
- Plan and Execute Quarterly/Annual Cost Budget for vessels (O & M) with variance analysis.
- Monitor and comply vessel maintenance schedule as per standard (Class & IV) and 100% compliance and timely vessel readiness for operations.
- Team Leader/Site Incharge - Fleet of 6 skilled Workers for carrying overall Breakdowns/ preventive and planned maintenance of barges. (Hull/Machinery/ Hydraulic/Steering and Electrical) and keeping barges available for operations at all times.
- Annual Survey and Drydocking repairs of 2400 / 25000 Tonner vessels (Overall Responsible for hull and machinery repairs with completing statutory and classification surveys and complying with zero dues)
- ISO 9001 and 14001 documentation and compliance Audit.
- Carrying Safety Audit on Transhipper/ Barges and SUB (self-crane vessel)- Responsible for Mock drills, Safety Items, safety Norms, Testing, Training and ensure safe working environment on ship.
