Bianca Pena

My name is Bianca. I have been working since I was 16 and I am 20 now. I am in a school to be a medical assistant at the moment, but would love to expand my education further. I am passionate about learning, growing and helping others along the way.

I consider myself a hard worker, as do my peers and past coworkers. I am willing to learn and try new things. Within these past years of working, I've learned great customer service skills as well as cash handling, house keeping and serving food, tobacco and alcohol.

I have a very upbeat and fun personality!

In my professional experience, I have gained knowledge from food handling to learning differen types of alcohol and tobacco. However, I will say that most of my experienc is in customer service and being a cashier. Currently, I am working at Ross and I have been here for 6 months!

As of now I attend a program to earn my medical assisting certification. In the past, I have attended the University of the incarnet word as a nursing major after achieving my high school's valedictorian title.
