Hi! My name is Bill and I am a sophomore pursuing a food science degree with a minor in business. I have a strong interest in food processing and the strategies that bring these innovations to market. On campus, I do research at Rizvi Lab focusing on cryogenics on ice cream production, also known as flash freezing.
I am a food science major with a strong interest in food innovation and processing. I have hands-on experience designing experiments to optimize freezing processes and studying the effects of solutes on CO₂ hydrates. My work focuses on applying scientific principles to develop practical solutions in food processing and preservation.
I am currently pursuing a bachelor of science degree in Food Science in Cornell University.
