• Inventory duties like checking in medication received from Cardinal supply, checking controlled medications (not including C-II medications), signing form saying we received medication.
• Often asked to work the patient consultation desk and answer questions regarding medication.
• Assisted in creating several successful customer service policies for pharmaceutical staff.
• Assisted in training pharmacy assistants.
• Assisted in making employee schedule as lead technician.
• Manger duties under store manger and pharmacy manager as lead technician.
