Senior development executive with more than fifteen years of progressive leadership experience providing strategic direction, organizational management, program leadership, resource mobilization and institutional strengthening across national, regional and international development organizations in Nepal and South Asia. Proven track record of leading organizational growth, developing strategic plans, strengthening governance systems, managing complex development programs, cultivating strategic partnerships, and mobilizing institutional resources to deliver sustainable, community-led development outcomes.
Throughout my career with Future Rights, ChildFund Japan, GSIF Nepal and ECPAT International, I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams, guided program strategy, strengthened organizational systems, developed high-quality funding proposals, built long-term partnerships with government, donors and civil society, and represented organizations in national, regional and international forums. My experience spans child protection, education, youth empowerment, safeguarding, community development, organizational strengthening and policy engagement, underpinned by a strong commitment to accountability, integrity and results.
Having spent much of my career supporting regional and international organizations, I am now intentionally seeking a long-term executive leadership opportunity within a values-driven Nepali organization where I can contribute my experience to strengthening institutional capacity, mentoring teams, diversifying funding, expanding strategic partnerships and supporting locally led development.
