I have 6 years of programming experience but have been doing on the side while working in HR. I am looking for a programming role to transition my career. I have an extensive Github and am happy to take technical tests.

Programming heavily on the side the past 3 years in Python, C++, C, C# as seen on my Github.
Completed 6-month competitive data science / python certificate at Georgetown University last year. It was a group-based capstone project program.
3 years in a computational chemistry PhD program. Worked in the lab writing simulation analysis software on Linux. I received good grades and completed all the classes but got burned out from academics and went into the workforce.
