Neuro Trauma Intensive Care unit
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to 2-3 acute patients per shift, continuously monitoring clinical status.
- Conduct head-to-toe physical assessments, identify changes in patient conditions, and initiate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and blood products safely and accurately in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop and execute individualized patient care plans.
- Document all patient Assessments , nursing interventions, and care transitions accurately within EHR
