- Provides care to post medical-surgical patients.

- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans for patients under the supervision of the following doctors: neurology, surgery, gastroenterology, urology, nephrology, orthopedic, podiatry, endocrinology, and even OBGYNE and EENT.
- Performs admission with a thorough head to toe assessment; implements discharge to patients to home, home with home health, nursing home, hospice, rehab, or tertiary hospital accordingly.
