I am currently a customer service team lead at Metagenics LLC and an nearing the completion of my Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity from SNHU. I am looking to enter the field of Cybersecurity with an internship with a great company. I live in Mission Viejo, CA with my wife and am very motivated for my future career in Cybersecurity.
I have been with Metagenics for the past 4 years. I started off as a customer service representative and was promoted within my first year to a team lead. Here, I handle escalated patient and practitioner situations, analyze sales reports, and complete administrative tasks in Microsoft D365, PowerBI, and Mi9.
I am a senior at Southern New Hampshire University working towards my degree in Cybersecurity. Recent courses include risk assessment, network and systems security, data analysis, and enterprise applications security. I currently have a 3.65 GPA and will graduate in August 2023.
