Bradley Krinock

I have 15 years of experience all gained from the same employer (Safeway). The first 10 years was overnight stocking and warehouse/inventory management. I then decided to expand my career and experience and shifted into day-time Store Management for the later 5 years of my employment.

I enjoyed my time working overnight as I prefer physical jobs that can keep me healthy and fit. I am very task-oriented, and I don't like to be idle because that just makes the clock tick slower. I take pride in the quality of every task that I perform as it is a reflection of myself. I enjoy the challenge of balancing details with productivity and finding creative ways to produce the highest quality of work possible at the fastest speed possible.

I discovered during my time in retail management that I am very effective and providing outstanding customer service and inspiring the team under me to achieve above and beyond results. The primary challenge I faced was finding a way to maintain those results as corporate operating margins grew tighter and tighter. Ultimately the health and morale of my team was not something I was willing to compromise for my own job performance's sake. And therefore, I chose to part ways with the company.
