∙ Oversees program performance standards including recruitment, enrollment and retention of over 500 program participants. ∙ Builds and maintain a high level of communication and positive relationships with school partners, staff, administration, parent relations and community partners.
∙ Manages a yearly budget of over $500k
∙ Supervise, manage, and train a group of over 25 coaches. ∙ Oversees and plans several large community based events with key stakeholders partners and major professional sports teams. ∙ Uses storytelling and program building to drive funds through grants and partners.

∙ Supported day-to-day operations of CITC and its programs that serve around 5000 youth
