• Built an analysis, configuration & migration tool for a PPM platform:
  • Inventories a full tenant/group configuration, diffs two tenants and syncs selected schema/fields from source to destination, and migrates Project Online via APIs directly ahead of Microsoft's Project Online sunset.

  • Built a universal CSV import functionality for all other platform migration types.

• Built an AI-assisted platform for migrating and administering OnePlan PPM tenants (Python/Flask, React). It migrates projects, schedules, resources and financials from Microsoft Project Online, other OnePlan tenants, or any tool's CSV, Excel, MS Project or Primavera exports. It adds bulk tenant configuration, a read-only inventory, schedule validation and an AI assistant that reviews runs and proposes fixes. A calendar-driven timesheet rounds it out, all backed by 2,400+ automated tests.

• Built meeting-to-timesheet automation that scans the week's meetings, drafts reviewable timesheet line items, and surfaces chargeability metrics by customer.

• Joined EPM Live as the 3rd employee and played a foundational role in scaling the company from zero to a successful multi-million dollar acquisition — contributing across support, operations, and product delivery throughout the company's full growth arc.

• Founded and served as sole Product Manager for an enterprise-grade trading and portfolio analysis platform
  • Owned the complete product lifecycle across a complex, multi-system architecture from zero.

  • Defined and solved platform problem spaces end-to-end: real-time market data via REST API integration, AI-generated signal validation, technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands), iterative backtesting engine, and Stripe subscription infrastructure.

• Built an AI Portfolio Advisor:
  • Hands-on application of AI tooling to enhance product discovery, analysis, and user decision-making.

  • Navigated high ambiguity across every phase — making product bets, sequencing the roadmap, and validating outcomes with incomplete information and no external team.
