My name is brandon scaife originally from west yorkshire, I live eat and breathe sports, keen footballer and rugby player (Retired), I have lived in malvern for 18 years now, moved here when I was 8 years old, im a hard worker who was brought up on a mentality that if you want something you work for it and since than have always been happy when working, I need purpose and that is found in my love for sports music and working, musically I am massively into the 80s scene especially punk rock but all of the 80s was pretty good. I enjoy working with the pubic, always up to talk with anyone, the reason i excel in the hospitality trade, from the sporting background im used to working as a team to get the best results but im also able to work alone just as effectively.
Food and Beverage Assistant / Linen Porter / Kitchen Porter - Abbey Hotel

I currently work at the Abbey Hotel after leaving the Bluebell, i was a food and beverage assistant as with my job it was my duties to serve food and drink to guests in the hotel, i also had breakfast services to do, i would also work functions including weddings and wakes, also buisness meetings, after being there roulghly 8 months there was a shortage in the housekeeping departments, i was asked to also take on the role of a linen porter where i was expected to strip rooms and sort the linen ready for collections and to take in linen deliveries, after 13months there was a shortage in the kitchen, i was then asked to help out as a kitchen porter, my roles to clean and support the chefs the best i could. During my time so far there ive given my best self forward always ready to do my roles and to help out everywhere i could, ive proved there my versitilty and as with my time at the bluebell i went above an beyond to serve the guests and community, including building some relationships with businesses who frequented the Abbey.

I was a sales assitant at sports direct for 3 years I worked in the footware department, my jobs were to assist the costumer to find the sort of shoes ther required for the activity they were required for, I would also have to find the correct model and size in the stock rooms, I later became the head of deliveries and it was my job to take in the shoe delivery and to process it and then put it away in its correct place due to its numerical code, on a couple of occasions I was asked to run the floor when management were on holidays
