Hello, my name is Breanna. After years of working in the animal care field primarily in shelters, I made the transition over to veterinary care this past year. I am currently employed at a small, private animal hospital in Elgin, IL as a veterinary assistant/receptionist, and have found the role very rewarding.
In my time there I have learned so many useful skills such as administering fluids, drawing blood, and drawing/giving vaccines and other injections. However, I am relocating first thing in the New Year to Detroit, and am wanting to find an equally fulfilling position. I am hoping to find a clinic/practice that is as passionate about animal care as I am, and one that can continue to teach me on my journey in this field.
