I have 5 years of customer service experience, 3 being in retail. I am a flexible worker, and I am willing to adjust to change whenever it is needed. I am also bilingual which helps with customer service if there happens to be a language barrie. I am a quick learner, I am able to adapt and I have plenty of critical thinking skills that could help in a customer service environment.
I started my work career at 15 years old in 2029, working at a food and entertainment company. I then moved on to cvs for about 1.6 years and I did lifeguarding at the beach during the same period of time. Currently I am employed at a Kohl’s but I need to relocate due to me switching to a school closer to home.
Graduated from Pennsbury Highschool in 2023. Sophomore at college currently.
