- Manage daily trap pick-up appointments (11:00am–2:45pm): explain trap loan agreements, collect Chameleon data, demonstrate trap use, and provide trapping guidance. Handle up to two appointments every 15 minutes.
- Perform daily administrative tasks including scanning vouchers, updating surgery numbers, verifying city residency for WW appointments, updating databases and logs, answering calls, texts, voicemails, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain CCP organization: stock shed and office with supplies, prep kennel sleeves, pre-tape mammal boxes, wash and fold laundry, clean and sanitize work areas.
- Process all trap contracts: scan, document across databases, file, and shred physical copies.
- Update Chameleon with correct PID, voucher number, weight, age, color, and fur length for every surgery cat.
- Communicate with citizens regarding kittens/friendly strays via phone, text, and email to gather information and photos.
- Maintain trap database with daily returns and loans.
- Sanitize returned traps and prepare new traps with covers and newspaper.
- Contact citizens regarding overdue traps; document all communication.
- Prepare tasks and provide guidance for volunteers on assigned CCP activities.
