l have made a career out of customer service, from working retail to supporting point-of-sale to the coordination of major projects my focus was on the consumer. My last role was supporting Oracle POS and WebLogic for Sally Beauty, I was the Subject Matter Expert for sales polling verifying the sales for over 3000 stores across the US, Puerto Rico and Canada totaling more than 3 billion dollars annually
