I’m a second-year Mechanical Engineering student with hands-on experience in construction, CAD, coding, and problem-solving. I’m passionate about combining technical knowledge with real-world application, and I’ve taken on a range of projects—from designing a freestanding ladder in Statics to building a trebuchet for a physics challenge.
Outside of academics, I’ve demonstrated leadership and service through my work as an Eagle Scout, mentoring middle school students, volunteering at the Animal Defense League, and leading Vacation Bible School groups. I enjoy lifting, playing basketball, and constantly learning new skills that help me grow as both an engineer and individual.
I worked at Waterman Construction, gaining valuable hands-on experience in construction, site prep, and equipment handling. This role strengthened my understanding of structural systems, safety practices, and teamwork in a professional setting. In addition to that, I’ve led volunteer projects and worked on engineering builds like a trebuchet and a freestanding ladder, applying technical skills and problem-solving in real-world scenarios.
I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University. I’ve developed skills in CAD, coding, technical communication, and lab work, and continue to apply them through both academic and personal engineering projects.
