Responsibilities included sales of capital equipment, service and consumable products in a defined geography of North Carolina across our low temp sterilization and high-level disinfection platforms. Managed customer relationships and loyalty of customer by partnering and providing solutions with internal and external customers. Delivered on Service Contract Capture rate for all capital equipment within territory. Provided consultative services for customers relating to professional organization guidelines and manufacturer’s instructions for use. Developed and maintained new and existing customer relationships identifying KOL’s within geography. Developed and executed field facing training curriculum to new hires in virtual and live environments. Worked in conjunction with and managed the team of Account Representatives, Field Service Engineers, Clinical Education Consultants and Inside sales to deliver and grow ASPs products.
