I have delivered prepared training programs as well as designing training material using ADDIE or Agile. Use adult learning methodology and experienced delivering training to multiple generation audiences. Those I have trained include customer service, technical support, billing, sales, installers, engineers, and retail employees. I have also trained at companies working in the internet, finance, healthcare, government, and cable industries.
