- Investigate any quality related issue and implement robust counter measures to prevent re occurrence. Log all documents into portal system to present issues and activity to corporate team.
- Review all & approve new / modified tooling to ensure modifications we're within print. Manage 3 quality technicians and help train on any new quality equipment / gages.
- Manage MLV camera system's and upkeep database for inspection models. Review and approve any quality revision changes throughout the plant.
Quality Specialist / Supplier Specialist - Arvin Sango Inc

- Manage customer database for all Arvin Sango plants to ensure effective measures are being implemented and documented.
- Primary contact for any Tier 1 / Tier 2 complaint. Manage and approve all customer ECI / PCR changed within the organization.
- Manage supplier database for all component suppliers, review & approve counter measure submissions, update and send out monthly supplier scorecards, review new / modified tooling & product to ensure modification we're made to print.
Quality Engineer / Quality Asst Mgr - Capco

- Review and assist with all PPAP / new projects to obtain new part approvals on new product. Review & all supplier quality approvals.
- Oversee & approve all quality changes, help create and update any CMM programs as needed.
- Manage 13 quality members (engineers to inspections). Work with all outside auditors to maintain ISO / IATF certification's.
