- Validate emergent 2nd issues, released PO's, New item set up, worked CUM disputes, Demand validations
- Work ASC surplus items, OMAT ordering, Nonconforming Material concurrences
- Coordinate with company customer support representatives, contract administration, purchasing, engineering, quality assurance, traffic, warehousing, suppliers and customers
- Facilitate returns, ensure parts ship and are statuses in the business systems appropriately
- Coordinate and replenish material held at the customer – ensure inventory aligns to contract and systems reflect inventory accurately
- Resolve any issues relating to parts arriving at the customer store locations either damaged or without correct certification
- Handle ordering and shipments to support regular and heavy check maintenance and defect activities
- Process NOPA's, Schedule adherence, Boots calls, Management and cross departmental co-ordination/collaboration of the movement of parts through the exchange and unserviceable return cycle
- Act as the Customer's 'go to' person for all operational matters
- Release and maintain orders, document and resolve order delinquencies
- Report schedule adherence issues, apply developed solutions to inventory plans
- Analyze and disposition excess and obsolete inventories
- Create schedules for products and services

- Analyze Supply Chain Performance: Gather, interpret, and analyze supply chain data to identify operational gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization: Develop and maintain demand forecasts and inventory models to ensure material availability while reducing excess inventory and costs
- Supplier Performance Management: Track and evaluate supplier on-time delivery, quality, and lead times; support corrective actions and supplier development initiatives
- Production Schedule Alignment: Collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure material supply aligns with production schedules and delivery targets
- Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks, including supplier capacity issues and material shortages; develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions
- Cost Savings & Efficiency Initiatives: Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects through supplier negotiations, process optimization, and lean principles
- Data Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards, visual reports, and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance for leadership and key stakeholders
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/MRP (Material Requirements Planning) System Utilization: Manage supply chain processes using ERP and MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and resolve issues proactively
- Continuous Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive operational excellence and strengthen supply chain resilience
- Develop and control inventory plans and optimize inventory levels
- Analyze complex material requirements and verify/incorporate bills of material into production plans

Experience includes Bulk receiving and expedite. Sign for inspect and receive all bulk shipments. Advanced research and validation of 2nd issue replacement parts being ordered.
- Validate knowledge using Boeing systems such as REDARS, Velocity, ERPLN, Order Managers, SONIC II, PSDS, MPR, KITS, ETRAC
- Handle Bill of Materials (BOM) projects and processes
- Plan inventory transactions, LSM
- Process Data Entry, Expediting, Documentation, Disposition, Distribution, Mitigation and Component Control
