I've worked in and led bar programs for restaurants, hotels, and cocktail bars around the United States. I began my career on the culinary side, but I found my true passion was in the FOH. I've traveled to many different establishments to train and educate staff on hospitality, cocktails, and all other types of guest focused experiences.
