I've worked in and led bar programs for restaurants, hotels, and cocktail bars around the United States. I began my career on the culinary side, but I found my true passion was in the FOH. I've traveled to many different establishments to train and educate staff on hospitality, cocktails, and all other types of guest focused experiences. Currently, I have trained staffs in 9 states and 4 countries.
