Perform preventative maintenance on various mechanical and electrical components. Use building management system to monitor and maintain building. Calibrate temperature, humidity, flow, and pressure transmitters (Rosemount/Vaisala/Magnahelics/Modus) using the Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator and Vaisala handheld device.
Implement the calibration program at IQE by utilizing the Fluke DPC Track2 software. Complete the annual cooling tower cleaning and take care of the HVAC systems PM's including the desiccant system.
