Bridget Milam

Bringing 15 years of hospitality experience to film and tv production. I’m the person who keeps the show moving with a detail- oriented nature. With a background in live events, hospitality, and guest-facing operations, I’ve learned to set up fast, tear down faster, and adapt even faster than that.

I know how to support crews, manage the flow of people and spaces, and jump into whatever the moment needs. I can assist with setup/strike, background talent, and location lock-up and manage crafty as well as providing assistance with production line, broadcast crew, and camera operators as needed. Able to run errands onsite, distribute call sheets/credentials, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Showing up to set with a positive, team-first attitude. Production is my lane—I bring energy, communication, and a “just tell me what we’re doing next” attitude to every project. I'm open to taking direction to ensure a successful production experience.

I've worked in the live event arena as freelance production assistant.
