I am passionate about helping adolescents and adults navigate self-identity, emotional and behavioral challenges, anger, and the everyday challenges that can impact their well-being. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, build confidence, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change.

I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach while incorporating CBT, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing techniques to meet each client where they are.
