- My main duties included doing bank and loan reconciliations, classifying credit card transactions, and receiving payments.
- In addition to my regular duties, I was given the opportunity to assist the controller and other accounting staff with all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, reconciliations, sales tax, and financial reporting.

- I was assigned temporary work at companies to fill needs which were primarily backlog and the role would be obsolete once completed.
- I work mainly at Central Garden and Pet in the Accounts Receivable department taking care of credits to account in SAP, organizing checks, and disputing chargebacks.
Accounts Receivable Senior at Central Garden and Pet (2018-06 – Present)
- I am an accounts receivable senior in charge of the Home Depot account.
- As a senior, I review the credits and work of other accounts and do new employee training.
- For my account, I take care of categorizing payments, creating credits, researching deductions, and disputing chargebacks.
- My team is supposed to be a team of three, but I have taken care of this account alone several times for extended periods.
- I have made numerous improvements and write procedures of operations for SAP and other administrative tasks.
