Dispatcher at FIRST CALL AMBULANCE (2020-09 – Present)
Check crews into service at the beginning of each shift, using software Traumasoft via AT&T radio service. Determine logistically and time wise which truck is best suited for tasks. Change plans to accommodate new calls and provide estimated time arrival for appropriate crew whether it requires Advanced Life Support or Basic Life Support. Take calls, gather patient information, location, destination, and equipment requirements. Plan and adjust accordingly when priorities change.
911 Dispatcher at Metro Nashville Emergency Communications (2024-03 – 2024-12)
Answered 911 and non emergency calls for the Davidson county area. Input calls into the system for dispatcher to send to correct organization (police department, ems or fire department). While dispatching for police officer, found proper officer or officers for proper response. Answered officer questions, returned phone calls and answered the phone if needed. Left due to schedule conflict.

After 8 months in housing unit, promoted to Main Yard Officer. Helped maintain security and traffic flow of offenders on yard traveling to daily destinations. Assisted in dining hall during feeding times to ensure offenders were fed and no security issues occurred.
During count time, assisted wherever needed and took count slips to count room.
