Have a multitude of related work experience in customer service from simple host positions, to working in a high level of care in the medical field doing hands on care as well as previous call center experience that requires both time management and self guided multi tasking from a range of tasks including but not limited to answering multi-line inbound calls, dispatching services, filing/payroll and other job related tasks

Over 3 years of experience in related customer care service; both in person/hands on care & behind the scenes over the phone.

I’ve successfully obtained my High School diploma early and also acquired a CNA certification.
